Zonal Head - RSME Business - BFSI (9-13 yrs)
Zonal Head-RSME Business
Purpose of the Role : This role would be responsible for sales and relationship management for the RSME business (less than 5Cr.) in the zone. Would lead the team of relationship managers and handle dealers / sales.
Roles and Responsibilities :
KRA's :
- Ensuring sales delivery of RSME business in the Zone
- Channel Development & expanding business opportunities
- Regular Branch Visits & ensuring smooth functioning of Branch businesses as per the set process/guidelines
- Dealership visits, training, support and co-ordination for solving the issues
- Building control mechanisms with continuous initiatives & best practices
- Coordinating with the head office teams on the issue resolutions & support for the zone.
- Regular Review & MIS Management for the better process controls & performance

Qualification & Years of Experience :
- Graduate with Experience / MBA - Marketing & Sales - Preferred
