Role : Zonal Head HR   Location : Lucknow  Responsibilities :   End to end HR responsibility for the Zone.   - Build new Sales structure derived from group strategy, support Sales Leadership in doing effective communication/addressing redundancies.  - Lead Plant HR Managers in delivering on Plant HR and IR outcomes.  - Lead Talent Acquisition for all roles in the HUB.  - Lead Performance Management system for all White collar roles.  - Lead Comp & Ben for all White Collar workforce.  - Lead Talent Management initiatives for all Managerial roles.  - Compliance Officer for HUB.  - Post Graduate in HR with minimum 12 years of experience in handling HR issues. Some amount of IR experience (plant role) is mandatory.
