Zonal Head/AVP - Human Resource - Financial Services - South

We have one very urgent HR position in one of Best Financial Services organizations across the following location :

Base Location - Bangalore

Offered Ctc - negotiable + incentives, depending upon current CTC.

Level : AVP

Span Of Control : Entire South Zone

Reporting - Will Report To National Sales Head HR

Indicative Job Profile :

- HR Business Partnership Role handling a zone consisting of assigned zone.

- End to End HR responsibility for branches and employees in the Zone through the Regional HR Managers.

- Ensuring HR presence and impact in the zone by working closely with the Business Managers and other support functions.

- Development of HR policies & processes, ensuring business goals are met, talent acquisition & aligning HR strategy and execution with business strategy

- Creating an employee connect with HR across all regions and partner with other support functions for a uniform experience to the employee.

- Campus Recruitment

- OD interventions & Workshop.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities :

- Currently, handling SOUTH zone ( current / previous ) with a large manpower base. Candidates who have handled less than 1000 total manpower, pls don't apply !

Candidates with current CTC less than 18lacs fixed should not apply .

Candidates with 20lac + current CTC preferred.

Candidate with current manpower of 1000+ preferred.

- Good knowledge of latest HR practices

- Should be from a reputed B School.

Industry Preference - Banking, Insurance & Financial Sector ( Preferred ), Retail, Telecom, FMCG, Pharma, Consumer Durables Preferred.
