Zonal Credit Head - Mortgages - Bank

We're looking for Zonal Credit Head for one of the leading private sector bank, to be based out of Hyderabad.

The brief Job Description is as given below:

Credit Head for A.P and Telangana for Mortgage Loans.

Handling Book size of 4500 cr+.

Handling team of 16 Credit Managers.

One Crore sanctioning power for mortgages, auto and personal loan cases.

Team handling and collaboration with head of liability branches and others for asset business.

Appraisal and approval of proposals including supervision of credit managers

Manage the portfolio quality and ensure compliance to policy norms

Training of credit underwriters on Policy norms and provide proper inputs to Policy team for up gradation or improvement in Policy/process

Problem solving and ensure Customer centric approach to all issues in the CPA shop.
