QUALIFICATION

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE MBA (MARKETING) FROM TOP ‘B’ SCHOOLS WITH 10 + YEARS OF WORK EXPERIENCE IN FMCG SECTOR.

JOB OBJECTIVE

- To lead the Sales Strategy and Planning function for the Zone, drive the maximization of volume and revenue for the Zone in a sustainable way and to work towards integrated market execution and channel management for the region.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Zonal Sales Strategy Development

- Sales Plan Development

- Budget Allocation

- Sales Management

- Market Execution

- Channel Management

- Key Accounts Management - Identify opportunities to develop zonal key accounts; service and build relationships with all key accounts in the zone; review profitability and performance of existing accounts and drive initiatives to enhance key account performance and improve market share.
