Job Description

AccountabilitySupporting Actions (Specific activities required to achieve the Principal Accountability)

Plan, monitor and motivate the team towards achievement of gross adds and recharge primary in line with annual business plan.

- Robust Distribution network.

- Maintenance of dominant market share.

- Retail expansion.

- Continuous thrust on revenue increase.

- Optimum site utilisation.

Attract, Develop and retain talent to deliver optimum performance in line with business objectives.

- Employee engagement activities.

- On-job training.

- Continuous feedback on improvement areas.

- Competency development.

Ensuring transformation from position of leadership to dominance in every single market / vertical.

- Running churn scheme to negate first mover advantage of competition in some markets.

- Retail engagement activities to maintain and sustain trade relations resulting in trade recommendation.

Planning and ensuring that zero usage and barrings are kept at a level in line with planned norms.

- Stricter implementation of documentation norms.

- Additional infrastructure at distributor points for form collection.

- FIFO methodology and tighter monitoring of pre-act cards.

Planning and executing key account penetration in line with company objectives.

- Mapping and increasing penetration in existing accounts by increasing both width and depth.

- Employ churn as a strategy by offering better service.

- National deals.

- Solution selling rather than just voice selling.

Plan, execute and capitalise on every revenue maximisation opportunity in line with company objectives.

- Elimination of LUTs.

- Creation of IEPCs.

- Optimum stock loading resulting in higher tertiary.

- Retail expansion leading to convenience of recharge leading to revenue enhancement.

- Higher visibility of customer offers through banners, posters leading to instant recharges.
