We- ll expect you to be brilliant at reading people, understanding the business requirement, getting the right fit and finally getting the best guy on-board at the best CTC.  HR Operations : Once we have onboarded the folks, the role involves keeping them motivated,managing their formalities and showing them their growth and development path.  Setting the Culture : A startup thrives on the culture and the ethos it is built on. As a torch-bearer and the culture guardian, the role would involve making our folks believe in and live the culture to the truest sense.  Running Out-of-the-box Projects : A start-up thrives on innovation. Apart from doing regular activities,one of the primary requirements of the role would be to come with creative and innovative ideas to run mundane things in a not-so-mundane manner. Projects could involve travel to other offices etc  Key Requirements :  - Prior Experience (3+ years)- in recruitment, HR operations. A knack for reading candidates would be highly preferred since this would be a significant part of the role here.  - Excellent communication skills- because you are going to be representing the organization to the world outside  - MS Office Skills- to generate analyses and reports comfortably  About the Company :  Zolo is the first mover & market leader in managed long stay accommodations.
