This sector is sizable yet highly disorganized. The aim is to create and perfect a business model / service which not only brings service seekers and providers together but benefits both ends of the transaction by using a combination of technological know-how and market expertise to offer efficiency, convenience, speed and value for money.  1) Job Purpose   - To develop overall business strategy in line with the vision of ZoEasy and drive the operations executing the strategic business plans with focus on achieving budgeted turnover and profitability.  - To recruit and develop the operations team from scratch and push the buttons of these well-versed individuals to lead them down the path of growth and success.  - To build Organisation capabilities through people and promote a culture that reflects organizational values, encourages excellence, rewards productivity and retains top talent  - Build the Brand reputation of the Company amongst relevant external stakeholders  - To build partnerships with source country companies (e.g. India, Nepal, Uganda, Nigeria) in the recruitment and HR space.  2) Principal Accountabilities  Accountability (What to be Done) Supporting Actions (How it is Done)  Strategic planning and direction setting for the Business  Development:  Shape the strategic direction in line with the Organisation's objectives and the opportunities available.  Identify opportunities for business growth, start-up and successfully lead new businesses.  - Identify and research organisations and individuals online to understand how the trade works, attract new leads, build up the company's database and further identify market opportunities.   - To set up distribution networks, freelance operators, tie up with right outsourced partners for supply of efficient domestic / blue collar workers, and conduct thorough market research to truly identify what consumers are looking for.  - Should innovate and implement business models which will succeed and ensure revenue.  Performance excellence of business streams/units to ensure that strategic and financial objectives are met:  Responsible for overall growth, sales, profitability and capital productivity of the Company  Provide leadership and direction to business divisions  Monitor divisions- performance and provide necessary support to ensure business goals are achieved  - Should hire and build the right team of individuals for each revenue stream within ZoEasy.  - Set targets and performance metrics for each revenue stream and ensure prompt / accurate service and achievement of such targets /metrics. These should correlate with the company's overall mission & vision and add value to the organisation.  - Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure everything is on the right track.  Drive Business Operations establishing systems and processes:  Ensure the department is operating in an efficient yet cost effective manner.  - Conduct meetings regularly to ensure open communication and devise action plans to address issues / concerns raised by team or through external factors (like client requirements).  - Respond and resolve issues arising out of work / from within the team or departments that could negatively affect the team's performance.  - Escalate issues / decisions if needed and openly discuss with fellow members of the leadership team to resolve any issues.  - Ensures employees comply with Company procedures, policies, guidelines and encourages / motivates employees even in a dynamic and high pressure environment. Must ensure all team members represent the company in the best / ethical light.  Establishing and implementing a thorough quality control system which helps screen candidates and outsourced partners / manpower suppliers down to every detail, assess the value they add and ensures total transparency in the system.  - Conduct competitor analysis to see where ZoEasy stands in the blue collar industry and how our USP truly differentiates us.  To develop capabilities in people thereby enhancing the performance and productivity.  - Identify relevant training needs of team and ensure effective implementation. Develop employee skill sets and manage personal development goals for internal employees.  - Knows how to set proper training standards in place to ensure employees perform  Constantly maintains relationship with the company's IT/HR/Marketing/Finance Departments.  - Establish a periodic performance Review mechanism along with HR/Marketing/Finance/IT against the set targets.  3) Educational Qualification & Experience (State the minimum qualifications required to successfully perform the job. These are the qualifications that are necessary for someone to be considered for the position.  Educational Qualifications :  - 2 Years Full Time MBA with Operations and HR/Marketing from reputed University  Experience:  - Should have a minimum of 10 years- experience and training from Eureka Forbes (any department).  - Has a very good understanding of using advanced Technology platforms/ tools that interface in delivering the best in class services to the clients  - Should be capable of leading a dynamic team of 10/15 people  - Should be good negotiator with high standards of Selling skills  - Should have an experience of managing P&Ls.  Specialized knowledge:  - Entrepreneurial mindset and can thrive in a start-up environment, with plenty of experience in efficiently building, leading and inspiring a solid operations team / department within high-growth e-commerce companies in Manpower acquisition and Supply.  Skills:  - Strong people leader  - Strategic thinker - inspire a sense of purpose and direction  - Strong communication and interpersonal skills  - Knowledge of Manpower Sourcing & supplying businesses is a bonus  - Ability to lead a fast-paced, changing organization  - Entrepreneurial, risk taking ability  - MS Office  - Should be determined to learn and take on any kind of challenge; must be able to quickly grasp the challenges involved in connecting potential job seekers with Employers.  b).
