We are funded by IDG Venture Partners, Kalaari Capital and Unilazer Ventures Ltd, Khazanah and Zodius Technology Fund.   Job Description - Senior Manager- Growth Strategy   Key Responsibilities:   - To architect and lead key cross functional projects with specific deliverables  - To pro-actively figure out gaps in our existing systems and processes as we scale up and help plug them.  - To ensure that there is a stream of insights on specific themes and topics for the organization to galvanize around.  - To drive more rigorous decision making or to facilitate clean and fast execution of critical initiatives.   - Closely working with CEO/COO in setting up a - Project Engine- within the organization to ensure that all key initiatives are firing.  - Project Manage key strategic cross functional projects collaborating with the functional leads   - Lead some of the important cross - functional projects directly   - Involves analysis and presentation of relevant organization data, supporting the planning process by providing requisite info & data and preparation of executive summary & periodic forecasts   - Detailed Analysis of Business Plans - Scenario Planning, Demand Estimation, Product-wise Profitability, Cost Comparisons   - Regular interaction with the Functional Heads on the issues related to the business and maintain necessary flow of information to and from them and providing inputs wherever desired -   Desired Skills and Experience:  - You will have Engineering / Master's degree in Business Administration, General Management, or related Master's degree (e.g. MBA) ideally with a relevant postgraduate qualification and professional certification   - Candidates from Tier-1 Institutes only with consulting background may apply.   - You will be tech savvy, commercial with a strong understanding of the online space.   - You will be keen to learn, highly creative and unique in your approach to implementing strategies   - Experience working in a fast growing, ambiguous and constantly changing environment   - Ability to set a vision and proven experience of execution.   - You are willing to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty   Our Promise to you:   - We will value self-awareness, intellectual honesty, judgment, empathy and positive energy over years of experience   - We aren't afraid to try new things in the name of supporting workplace happiness   - We are always excited to hear from you   Interested candidates, please share your updated resume.   Rabi Agrawal  Talent Acquisition  Zivame.com
