We are funded by Khazanah Nasional, Zodius Technology Fund, IDG Venture Partners, Kalaari Capital and Unilazer Ventures Ltd.   Job Description : Senior Manager - Finance  The job of Sr. Manager - Finance involves responsibility for Zivames financial and fiscal management aspects, accounting and budgeting efforts. Planning, organizing, financial, budgeting and decision-making skills are all essential requirements, as are leadership and communications abilities. Strong market awareness, attention to detail and problem-solving are also necessary attributes. In-depth knowledge of Financial Analysis metrics, pricing, costing and MIS is a must.  Key Responsibilities:  Commercial deliverable and control   Ensure adherence to commercial processes, OTB to PO, taxation, SOPs   Overall cost control within budget / cost optimization / operations expenses control   Perpetual Inventory management Variance analysis; process correction on inventory movement.  Financial reporting   Provide daily/weekly/monthly/fortnightly sales report and budget Vs actual   Responsible for accounting and financial systems, 100% statutory compliance and timely, adequate controls and accurate book keeping   Monitor the preparation and maintenance of ledgers using Navision   Audit Support  Statutory compliance   Coordinate with internal & external departments, statutory bodies, government departments and ensure registrations and compliance are in place   Review of all types of filling including TDS, service tax, and VAT payments   Analyse market potential and enable decision making from financial perspective   Cash flow management   Support operations on cost optimization and buying team on vendor partnerships   Ensure working capital management   Arrive at buying budget, validate the OTB at the category level, protect margins, manage liquidation cost and carrying cost every quarter   Desired Experience, Skills and Competencies  You will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Commerce, with a relevant postgraduate qualification and professional certification viz CA/CWA  5-7 years of relevant experience in controllership functions, accounting, financial planning & analysis.
