Job Responsibilities :
Revenue accountability for e-trade :
- Own and drive revenue target for e-trade
- Collaborate between ops, finance, supply chain, growth and trade team to ensure business synergies and operational efficiencies
- Analyse sales trend and forecast
Seller acquisition and lead generation strategy :
- Create retailer and direct seller acquisition strategy for digital-trade
- Develop and maintain relationship with sellers
- Plan & travel for offline activation as and when needed
- Bring competitive intelligence
Team Management & Training :
- Build, retain and groom a strong team of 4-5 members
- Ensure smooth and defined process for the team
Require Skill Sets :
- 4+ years of Sales and Business Development Experience
- MBA - Premiuim Institutes
- Experience of running a team
- Aggressive Sales Mindset
- Prior experience of dealing with women cosmetics or women apparel traders
- Zivame launched a digital trade program. This is a unique program that surpasses the traditional distributor layer and allows the retailer to directly deal with us. Apart from retailers, we will also have individuals who can sell Zivame products from home (pure play direct selling). In order to scale this program, we want a person from sales background.
