For this role, attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits is crucial.  Responsibilities :  Collection positioning :  - Understand the collection USP/philosophy with design & category team and build launch story  - Define core communication for collection for digital marketing & branding   - Ensure internal teams are well aligned on the communication for a synchronized launch   Collection launch :  - Ensure all launch elements(Tags, Packaging, product description, visual merchandising, Images) are ready before launch  - Define opening line brief for content team as per different styles  - Brief & review VM content  - Plan visual imagery of collection as per the positioning  - Brief & close shoot plan with agency & internally (approvals)  - Plan digital product videos at category, sub-category & product level   - Review overall launch on site - opening lines, VM, image upload  - Monitor full price sales & revisit launch to maximise sales  Photoshoot plan :  - Define story for shoot & close the visual theme for collection with agency   - Finalization of talents - models, photographers, stylists, art directors, video team   - Ensure the fits are best possible for each product  - Brief & ensure shots are planned at product level wrt primary-secondary images, wear it under shots, different ways of wearing product etc.   - Define key products of collection & plan marketing shots for branding & marketing use  - Coordinate with studio team & agency to get images ready for launch on time   - Review the folders pre & post upload for discrepancy or recommendations   Branding through tags & packaging :  - Define & brief content team about collection USPs for tag / packaging   - Brief the creative team about collection to ensure an engaging outcome  - Coordinate with content, creative team, category & merchandise team to meet timelines  Customer Insight :  - Conduct customer surveys to understand feedback for success / non- performance of collection  Required Skills :  - Masters degree in business or fashion marketing  - Total 3+ Yrs Experience  - Excellent people and management skills to interact with cross-functional teams, and third parties  - Keen interest in lifestyle/fashion  Rabi Agrawal Talent Acquisition Team Zivame
