And we're looking for someone who'll spread this message in a consistent, pertinent & scalable manner.  Your job is very abstract, it calls for a mix of psychology, design, advertising, ideation and initiative. You'll be part-businessman, part creative and often need to wear those two hats at the same time.  As a brand guardian, you would:  - Make Zivame the Bisleri of lingerie - build brand equity to become market & thought leaders  - Use neuroimaging & brain mapping to understand women. Men have tried for centuries, now it's your task. Why does she buy lingerie, When does she buy. Conduct FGDs, market research and dig existing data to build buyer personas  - Develop personalized communication strategy for buyer profiles to drive friendly conversations with consumers across all touch points  - Advocate lingerie - educate women about the category through 360 degree marketing campaigns with consistent communication  - Build an engagement strategy to create a community of women that are passionate  about anything lingerie.  - Collaborate and coordinate with external & internal teams to execute projects in a timely manner within allocated budgets  - Obsess over the RGB of pink & spacing between letters. Coordinate the development of digital & offline collaterals in adherence to brand philosophy.  Signs that you are the one:  - You live in your own world of image & communication - you are a passionate dreamer who can think out of the box and innovate.
