To build our teams we are looking for a candidate at a Leadership role (COO Designate / SBU Head) who will be responsible for the following;
- Handling P & L
- Growth of business and people
- Maintaining and growing External and Internal Relationships
The candidates must have demonstrated operational and management capabilities with multiple client handling and team management skills.

Entrepreneurial
Candidate with prior experience in leading operational role in a KPO sector will be preferred.
