JOB DESCRIPTION  Designation: Engagement Lead  Educational Background:   - Engineering Degree from a top-tier institute (e.g. IITs, NITs, IT-BHU)   - MBA from top Indian or International University is an added advantage  Years of Work Experience: 4-6 years  Relevant Work Experience : 1-2 years (preferred) 			  Location: Bangalore	   Role & Responsibilities:  - Support and contribute to consulting assignments through  - Primary and Secondary research  - Involvement in data interpretation and data analysis  - Report preparation  - Awareness of consulting & research frameworks  - Own smaller consulting engagements as an individual contributor or individual work streams in larger consulting engagements  - Display accountability toward project delivery  - Develop junior consultants by conducting in-house training programs  - Guide junior consultants in their day to day research and analysis activities  - Review the deliverables of junior consultants in the team before it is reviewed by the Manager / Director  - Assist in business development activities by preparing project / work proposals  - Work in collaboration with team members and ensure superior deliverables  Required Skills:   - Ability to scope the client’s problem  - Multitask by working on up to 2-3 initiatives simultaneously (engagements / proposals)  - Consultative skills – listening to and engaging with clients in a discussion  - Technical and Functional Knowledge  - Analytical Skills  - Problem Solving Skills  - Mentoring skills  - Research Orientation  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills  - Proficiency in MS Office  Behavioral Traits:  - Demonstrate Teamwork   - Positive Attitude with a flexible approach  - Good Interpersonal skills  - Integrity, Accountability and Ownership  - Ability to chase a revenue and receivable target  - Willingness to learn and proactive in exploring new areas relevant to current business  - Take initiative in completing tasks that are assigned  - Demonstrate innovation in obtaining information that is hard to find  - Demonstrate the temperament & inclination to guide junior consultants in their daily activities
