Senior Marketing Executive  Senior Marketing Associate  Job Description :  - The ideal candidate must be able to think and act both strategically and tactically, be an innovative leader who is extremely data driven, an effective communicator, capable of handling multiple projects at once, thrives in a rapidly-changing environment, and has strong communication and people management skills.  The role :  - Own and evolve the company's overall brand, including editorial direction, style guidelines  - Own all key traffic drivers for Zest, including all digital channels, ATL and PR   - Understand and manage all traffic-driving mechanisms (Search, Affiliate, Email, SMS, SEO, SEM, etc.) and actively engaging in optimization of those channels for the business  - Work extremely closely with risk and data team to effectively use analytics to understand funnel and drop off and optimize LTV and NPV of our users.   - Work extremely closely with product and technology teams to make funnel improvement recommendations as well as to define, drive, and launch product improvements  - Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative analyses to determine campaign effectiveness and to continuously improving programs and site initiatives  - Regularly report to senior management and investors on all KPIs, including ROIs, CACs and LTVs  - Responsibility for devising all marketing budgets   - Launch new products with appropriate cross-channel campaigns   Do you have what it takes :  - Demonstrated ability to think both strategically and tactically  - Experience of all working with all ATL and digital marketing channels  - Extremely high levels of comfort with numbers, ability to quickly analyze data and recommend changes in strategy based on this data (this will be tested)  - Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize multiple projects  - Comfortable getting your hands dirty and self motivating within a super fast paced environment  - Exceptional interpersonal, communication (spoken and written) and influencing skills and an ability to navigate a complex and unstructured cross-functional environment  - Demonstrated project management skills  - Experience in managing high potential teams and communicating to senior management  - Outstanding writing, presentation and communication skills  - Ability to influence multiple stakeholders and lead cross-functional projects across category or other departments  Plus :  - 5+ years of marketing and or product management experience  - Experience of both B2B and B2C marketing strategy (B2C essential, B2B nice to have)  - Experience in consumer goods, e-commerce is essential- financial services/fin-tech is nice to have  - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, SQL is nice to have  - BA/BS degree is essential.
