Market opportunity in property management is US$ 10+ Billion in India.  We are looking for enthusiastic person to head the operations & take the responsibility in assisting us to run the business operations in a smoother way.  Responsibilities:  - Understand the business workflow & implement changes & new strategies for the betterment  - Improve or setup the process in line with our business & ensuring CSAT at all times through in-house technology.  - Act as the first level of escalation for any customer issues, & resolve the same in an effective & timely manner.  - Work closely with team leaders in training them to render great service & also ensure to deliver great overall worthwhile experience to clients.  - Ensure adequate FTEs are available on busy workdays.  - Proactively identify issues, highlight & resolve technically & systematically.  - Develop competencies; improve quality, productivity & efficiency of team members.   - You will be responsible for an operations team supporting multiple clients, team members.  - Monitor team on process adherence, compliance & assist in KPI & target achievement of the team.  - Coordinates building maintenance and repairs with Buildings & Grounds Maintenance that affect normal building operation  - Provides occupants with updates of electrical, water and other service outages and scheduled shutdowns  - Coordinates department facility related activities and properties  - Manage the vendor to the responsibilities outlined in the contract and statement of work.  - Will be responsible for authoring contract documents, including service level exhibits, statements of work.  We are looking at:  - MBA from top college  - Focal point experience in technology & operations.  - 10 + Years of experience in operations.  - Ability to develop & execute new strategies to improve.  - Must be passionate about working in a fast paced environment.  - Excellent communication.  - Must be metrics driven.   Nayana Shamsundar Sr. HR Generalist 7760961169 https://www.zenify.in
