We, at Zolo, (Tier 1 VC funded Company zolostays.com) are looking for a hardcore Senior Operations Manager who can lead operations in Kota, Rajasthan and report directly to the CEO, Zolo  Role Expectations:  1. Complete City P&L Responsibility: He / She will be responsible for the P&L of the Kota City Operations and ensuring that the targets are not just achieved, rather outperformed.   2. Does what needs to be done: The person needs to be a hard-core go-getter who knows how to do the job or get it done. In short, the business has to be managed in entirety by our Senior Manager   3. Understands the harsh realities of business: The person should have experience doing deals on the ground, handling white collar, blue collar, yellow collar or no collar workers, should know how to navigate the police and legal system, should know how to get work done from local vendors and organizations.   4.Complete Site Management: Given that we are an early stage organization, plus it's a real estate play - the person should be comfortable managing all the sites and the ground operations. A lot of action would be on the ground, outside office.   Role Requirements:  Prior Relevant Operations Experience: Someone with 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Logistics or Production Management or Warehouse Management etc from Manufacturing, Oil & Energy would surely be preferred.  What's in it for you-   Exponential Growth Curve: With Kota's captive audience and a P&L +ve story, our Senior Manager could soon start covering more than one city.
