Job Description:  Job Title: Sr Mgr/Dy GM Audit & Control   Reporting to: Head Audit & Control  Job Purpose: To plan, and carry out the audit function including the preparation, and timely & effective execution of audits as per plan.  Principle Accountabilities:  - Lead, manage and monitor various audits carried out by the Audit Firms. Seek interim feedback and carry out periodic assessments of audits, identify gaps and ensure audit terms are complied with.  - Identify risk at operational level in order to optimize risks for maximum business leverage.  - Manage audit planning, reporting, review and implementation. Yield value to the Company in terms of revenue protection and or enhancement, improved efficiency, cost reduction and quality of systems & processes.  - Maintain audit working papers and report the findings/recommendations to management along with management responses.  - Appraise Head Audit about the audit findings & recommendations and follow up on the same.  - Assist in Risk Assessment in various activities of the company, understanding the risk profile of the Company and constantly updated risk framework.  - Manage Audit on day-to-day basis & preparing the consolidated report on periodic basis and sending to the management  - Lead the development of and execute audit plans that clearly define the objective and scope of each review.  - Ensure proper compliance with the various regulatory provisions and operational manuals  Qualifications: Only CA with Audit & Credit Control background.  Experience: 8 plus years of experience in conducting Internal / External Audits.  Must have good interpersonal skills and should be a team player.  Please apply only if you are based at Mumbai and have a minimum 8 years of hardcore Audit & Credit control experience in a corporate.
