Reporting to: Head Zonal Operations.  Job Purpose:   - To ensure adequate level of support in operations to the organization through appropriate management of resources and to interface between internal customers, broadcast Partners, external customers and vendors.  - To manage one or more processes /functions within Operations (Non- Tech): Activation and deactivation of access for Channels are critical for ensuring the sanctity of the subscription business. This is one of the key processes/functions performed by the Operations team.  Principle Accountabilities:  Process Management & Adherence including DAS & DTH Customers:  - To ensure all processes are in conformance to Business Process Manual  - Ensure creation of and regular update of customer records. Will be responsible for maintaining accuracy of records  - Ensure accurate processing of collections and related information & perform related checks  - Perform daily verification checks to ensure proper processing of documentation   - Manage the billing process. Invoices to be dispatched as per TAT  Activation & Deactivation & Related Reconciliation:  - Activations / Deactivations are processed as per TAT  - Monitoring requests sent to Broadcasters to ensure zero errors  - Coordinate with internal Tech Support team as well as broadcasters teams to ensure authorization / de-authorization requests sent are processed and confirmations received  - Resolving queries of internal & external customers within TAT  - Reconciliation of data between SMS & CAS  Inventory Management:  - Ensure minimum stock levels are set and maintained for hardware of each Broadcast Partner  - No location to be out of stock/below minimum stock level set  - Inventory forecast and coordination with Broadcast Partners to ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained  - Inventory to be accurately tracked in SMS - includes proper archiving of old data/records in SMS  - Regular write off of unrecoverable and damaged inventory  MIS Generation:  - Generate reports out of the system on stipulated timelines  - Generate reports for internal customer basis raw data using Excel or reporting tools  - Provide value add in terms of analysis (including variance analysis) for reports, wherever applicable  Qualifications & Experience:   - Any Graduate/Post Graduate with 4 - 8 years of post-qualification experience in Operations preferably within Telecom, Media industry.  - Should have excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and be a team player.  - Age should be not more than 33 years.   Company profile:  Taj Entertainment Network (Ten Sports), part of Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited.  Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited is one of India's leading television, media and entertainment companies.
