Zee Entertainment - Broadcast Design Lead (10-15 yrs)
- Understand the design landscape and aesthetics that work with our core consumer and identify opportunity areas/ gaps in our portfolio on an ongoing basis to provide inputs into the Channel Network Visual Design.
- Work with CMO in developing the Long Term Portfolio, Visual Revamp across chosen channels & Clusters & setup repeatable model for ongoing design delivery
- Work closely with the Channel Head & Marketing Team to execute the New Brand Launches, Critical Brand Refresh Broadcast Design and Cluster Level visual revamping projects
- Anchor in house development for smaller scale broadcast design/refresh /revamp projects and ongoing vibrancy on focus channels
- Build a panel/design partner ecosystem, interface and manage the relationship to ensure continuous fresh design infusion into the network
- Cost saving/ design integrity delivered through in-house design development.
