Key Characteristics of the Position (Job Role & Responsibilities)  - Would be responsible for the entire Retail Business for the company in Delhi/NCR.  - Monitoring the key distribution parameters on the daily, weekly and monthly basis to ensure achievement.  - Formulating sales targets, demand forecasting, sales budget achievement & managing inventory pipeline, ensuring ready availability of products/services as per the market demand.  - Would be responsible for managing the strategic accounts. And driving revenue through new distributor acquisition in Delhi/NCR.-   - Exploring potential business avenues & managing marketing, sales, and operations for achieving increased business growth & enhancing products- sales.  - Team Management/Merchandising Management.  - Recruiting, training & monitoring the team members to ensure efficiency in sales operations and meeting of individual & group targets from given resources.  - Handling Distributors for primary Sales and Retailers for Secondary Sales.  - Strategic analysis of market factors and competitor activity to formulate strategies for the product and revenue forecast.  - Monitoring stock and credit control in the market.  - Formulation and implementation of annual targets in line with the board guidance.  - Preparing monthly sales progressive and market reports to the head office.  - Follow feedback mechanism & counseling of Distributors whenever required.  - Responsible for managing the overall distributor relationship.  - Understand, analyze and create Client needs, and offer services accordingly.  - Responsible for Development of Distribution Network in the Untapped market.  - Making and Implementing Distributor Level Sales Plan.  - Making and executing Distribution Plan to improve customer service and satisfaction.  Key Skills & Attributes required to deliver at this level  - Leadership skills, a strong sense of ownership and never-say-never attitude.  - Good planning and organizing skills, flexible in approach to work.  - Effective Communication, Result oriented & adherence to Time schedules.  - Proven experience to communicate with and train workforce.  - Energetic, creative, committed, independent, Team Player, customer mania drove.  - Good understanding of Business Requirements.  - Problem-solving and Decision-making skills.  - Proficient in MS Office.  - Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and statistical quality control.  - Customer Service oriented, Team Building and resilient to cope with setbacks.  - Living Zappfresh Values and Represent Company as Brand Ambassadors.  Salary offered: 11 - 15 LPA
