At YourDOST, we provide an online counselling and emotional support platform designed to foster mental health. It anonymously connects you with the right expert consisting of psychologists, psychotherapists, counsellors, life coaches, career guides and people with rich and deep life experience, who understand you and guide you through completely confidential individual sessions (through free online chats).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing the entire product roadmap from strategic planning to tactical activities. We are lean, so this role will oversee a LOT of things, large and small!

Work closely with the technology and design teams to enable efficient and good releases, and service the other functions of the organization with their product / dev needs.

Do competition and market analysis through regular research and customer feedback / interviews, and direct the product roadmap accordingly.

Use data to understand the product performance and to influence further product planning.

Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.

REQUIREMENTS

At least 3 years of relevant product management experience, especially in digital B2C products and applications. Overall experience of over 5 years in other relevant fields will be valued.

Prior B2C experience will be considered a critical filter in reviewing applications.

Should be from Tier I colleges

Should have worked in fast growing startups

Knowledgeable in technology.

Hands on knowledge of various tools around agile collaboration, wire framing, and analytics.

Experience writing PRDs and doing UAT will be a major plus.

Experience of working in agile environments will be a plus.

Computer Science or Engineering degree is a strong but not critical plus.

Ability to interact in a diverse and chaotic team environment
