Y-ACE (formerly known as Business Management, Innovation & Strategy) is one of the oldest groups in the Bank and has played a crucial role since the very inception of the bank   Brief Focus areas are :   - In-charge of strategic initiatives for the bank's Financial Management unit. Develop short/ mid-term and long-term strategy including costing, cost management, audit, & process improvement.   - Streamlining the bank's processes and introducing effective cost optimization/cost management measures.   - Liaising with Top and Senior Management to implement effective execution of strategic initiatives.  - Act as a Bouncing board / Strategic Advisor to the Financial Management functions.  Requirement :   Qualification & Background :   - CA with 7-9 years of experience in the financial domain, preferably from the BFSI sector or a Consultancy firm (Banking domain)  - Excellent analytical and logical skills   - Candidate should be hands on and execution oriented, with an ability to think through ambiguous situations and should have the ability & persona to interact with senior/top management executives within and outside the bank   - Very Strong inter-personal and presentation skills are a must
