This high impact role paves way to a fast tracked career progression & growth within the bank, to the deserving & well performing individuals.   Location : Mumbai   Responsibilities   Internal Consultant to CIO and Technology Management team for executing various strategic and transformational projects  Conceptualization, designing and implementation of first-of-its kind technology innovation projects in the Bank  Creating productivity/cost frameworks, doing resource planning etc.  Spearheading Cost optimization projects and identifying and implementing Service Improvement initiatives for Technology vertical   Implementing various Process Re-engineering projects for the organization- performing Gap Analysis, listing As-Is versus To-Be state and suggesting re-engineering mechanisms  Performing Competition Benchmarking & GAP analysis of various Technology Products, researching on new technology trends and publishing strategic insights/recommendations to CIO and MD & CEO  Responsible for Performance audit & monitoring of technology projects through continuous review meetings and publishing updates to Top Management  Formulating IT strategy(Long-term- Board Level and Short term-financial year) for the vertical in conjunction with CIO and team   Periodic discussions with Top Management(CXO level) and driving the IT Steering Committee for implementing the IT Strategy in the organization  Candidate Profile  Engineer   MBA from a premier B-school  Work Ex- 8 to 10 years (Total) of IT Strategy & Business Consulting experience in BFSI/Consulting domain  Experience in IT Innovation projects would be an added advantage
