- Understanding of overall Operational Risk Framework

- Understanding of Trade Process

- Conducting of RCSA & Process reviews for Treasury & Trade Unit

- Monitoring of KRI of the Respective Unit

- Act as Subject matter expert for the Trade

- Operational Risk Incident reporting and Conducting RCA

- Create various advisories / training / awareness on Operational Risk

- Working in OR Team / Internal Audit within Bank / Consulting Firm

Should be CA/ICWAI/MBA

- Good team management skills, ability to work under pressure and good conflict management skills
