Senior Manager/AVP - Operational Risk Management - Insurance

- Liaison with Units & Insurance Brokers/ Cos for buying various liability insurance policies (Banker Bond, Cyber Crime, Cash In Transit, CGL, D&CO etc) as per Bank's requirements. Understanding of these insurance policies

- Review of Insurance Policies taken by the bank on continuous basis to ensure Adequacy, Comprehensiveness and Suitability

- Maintain the Database of Insurance Policies Bought by the Bank (eg : Limits, Deductibles, coverage, Dates, exclusions, insurer details etc)

- Mapping of Various Insurance Policies bought by the Bank to OR events and Business Lines as per AMA guideline

- Estimating the Insurance benefits from various OR events after assessing the probability, haircuts and legal certainty for Operational Risk Modelling & Scenario Analysis

- Assist in OR VaR modelling for insurance benefit assumption

- Identifying of insurance opportunities for the Bank, Advisory and cost-benefit analysis of existing/new policies bought by the bank vs loss experience

- Maintain the Database of Insurance Claims filed by the Bank & Generate periodical MIS (coverage Vs claims, O/s claims, aging etc)

- Acting as Central Point Relationship manager in the Bank for Claims filing, processing & liaison with Units / Legal, Insurance Cos for effective recovery

- Candidate should be from Bank or Insurance Broking firm
