Plan & the employee constituency.  - Lead culture, change management, organizational & employee initiatives across region  - Hands on leadership of HR professional to manage the implementation of HR initiatives & services in the region to achieve business objective.  - Lead staffing and on boarding of new joinee to address the people strategy  - Ensure compliance to all statutory requirements as per law, pro-actively identify & ensure that no gaps on matters pertaining to compliance exist  Ideal Candidate  - Understands the fundamentals of HR processes & Labor Compliance.  - Proactive “Go- Getter’ attitude  - Strategic thinking ability with hands on approach  - MBA from a reputed institute  4 - 6 years post qualification experience in Human Resources in a generalist role only  Location : Mumbai
