Yes Bank - Manager/Senior Manager - Corporate Finance/Agri Finance (3-5 yrs)
Agri Infra does project financing for warehouses, cold chain, terminal market, agro park and capex requirement in food and agri sector. Agri Infrastructure works in close co-ordination with Relationship Managers, Risk/Legal/Compliance and Credit Admin teams. The envisaged position focuses on successful deal execution and client relationship.
Key Responsibilities :
Project appraisal & Deal Structuring :
- Finalization of financial model
- Preparing internal credit note
- Co-ordinate with internal teams (Credit / legal / compliance etc)
- Co-ordinate with client
- Reviewing agreements and documentation
- Ensure successful execution of deal
Portfolio Management :
- Managing client relationships
- Tracking of covenants and management of exceptions / deviations
- Regular review of the case
- Inspections / Site visits
- New business / product development initiatives
Knowledge initiatives :
- Increase Bank's visibility in the finance circle / industry sector
- Team support
- Sector tracking / management presentations
- CA/MBA, with 3-5 yrs work experience in banking and experience in Food and Agri sector
