Yes Bank - Infrastructure & Network Management Strategy

YES Accelerator (Y-ACE) is the core strategy team and reports to the MD & CEO. Y-ACE (formerly known as Business Management, Innovation & Strategy) is one of the oldest and critical team in the Bank and has played crucial role since the very inception of the bank.

Responsibilities :

- To be a part of HIGH octane group of - to be nurtured & developed leaders the bank- who can contribute to the growth of the bank by providing insights on BEST peer practices in line with the strategic objectives of the bank

- To evaluate, judge and contribute in the Strategic outlining of the portfolio for physical Infrastructure growth and management (Branches, Offices, Regional Offices)

- To devise new strategies for sustained development of the Vendor Management Framework and achieve the Optimum Cost efficiency

- To Track, Control and Drive strategic projects with an urge to close the deliverables in the stipulated timelines on a PAN INDIA basis

- To work on effective Project Management parameters with an view to contribute constructively in the various Design & Template related parameters for the branches of the bank

- Ability to conceive Design/Fit out elements standardization's and Optimization techniques with a constant strive of achieving cost reductions in the project roll-outs

- Should have an ability to be bridge between the MD&CEO and the delivery teams with a perspective on the processes and financial spends done by the bank

- Ability to create presentations, summaries and MIS for the management reviews and presentation

Candidate Profile :

- Should have relevant experience in various facets of Infrastructure, i.e Real Estate Management, Project Management and Facility Management

- Graduate / Post Graduate (preferably MBA)

- Candidates with previous experience of branch network rollout in private banks will be preferred
