As an integral part of the cross border M&A Advisory, YES BANK also plays a pivotal role in assisting clients raise acquisition finance from leading Indian and International financial institutions.

Experience: About 5-7 years experience in investment banking.

Designation: AVP / VP

Qualification: CA or MBA from Tier 1 institute

Job Description:

- Assistance in ideation and origination of deals

- Preparation of Information Memorandum, Financial Model

- Dealing with clients and Investors / Coordination of Due Diligence

- Independently executing PE and M&A transactions

- Assistance in final documentation in deal closure
