Yes Bank - Associate Director/Director - Investment Banking - Agri/Consumer & Chemical

Primary - Deal Execution - Creation and finalization of deal collaterals (information memorandum and business plans), sector research, deal discussions with Investors and prospective buyers/sellers and transaction closure

Additional - Assistance in Deal origination - liaisoning with YES Bank relationship teams to develop and originate PE & M&A transactions in relevant sectors, dealing with clients and manage relationships
