DIRECTOR / BRAND HEAD:

Experience: 6-8 years

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Creating and managing product portfolio for the business, increase business sales and generate revenue for the company

Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate scale-able and business relevant ideas.

Working closely with technology team to ensure continuous improvement in SEO, SEM, SMO, Web designing and development.

Work with social media team to deliver attention catching and virality driven contents across video, print, digital formats.

Responsible for affiliate marketing, ATL BTL Marketing PR and advertising.

Execute and handle all marketing campaigns effectively with proven results.

Work effectively on business development, sales promotion, and brand building. Act as custodian of the brand and must ensure all executions are done as per brand guidelines were given.

Direct and motivate graphic designers, illustrators, as well as Client relationship development team to help them deliver effectively.

Manage and ensure consistent creative execution across all mediums - The Web, Social Media, offline and ATL.

Manage and lead the logistics team to ensure smooth functioning in the company operations. Also, improve and supervise all departments to promote effective operations and great team building.

Act as a mentor and team coach to build creative depth and capability in house.

Responsible for acquiring new partners as well as growing the business to the next level.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Great leadership and communication skills

Understanding and experience of design, copy, layouts, SEO, SMO, UI & UX principles.

Marketing knowledge - digital, ATL and BTL

Good knowledge of various software and tools required across various departments like illustrator, photoshop, coral draw, flash, Prestashop, tally, etc.

Adept at working with multiple company stakeholders across various functions like logistics, technology, operations, marketing, finance, HR, CRM, etc.
