Job Specification :   Role : XSEED Education - Manager - Demand and Supply Planning  Duties and Responsibilities :   Key objective : The incumbent will be responsible for creating the S & OP framework and creating/driving the process in partnership with Sales, Finance and Product Teams.   - Create the templates for the S & OP process.  - Seek demand projections for the sales cycle from respective groups.   - Translate demand projections into SKU level projections and prepare the rough-cut demand forecast.  - Prepare Supply Plan based on first release of demand plan  - Work with stakeholders on capacity planning.   - Networking across multiple layers to continuously capture the changes to the demand plan  - Ensure all constraints are captured.  - Work on Product rationalization to enable Sales/Finance to decide on the product roadmap.  - Use Project Mgmt to create template and timelines for milestone tracking and delivery from Product Team.  Personal Specification :   Qualification & Experience :   - 28-30 years of age, MBA from a good Top 20 business school with 3-5 years post MBA   - Prior experience of working with a very high and short-duration peak demand cycle  - PMP, CSCP and other relevant Certifications will be an added advantage  - Good understanding of forecasting techniques  - Proficient with Excel, SQL, ERP and forecasting tools  - Able to work in cross functional teams and drive results with other functions.  - Can assert point of view openly and fight for ideas.  Skills :   - Strong influencing and problem solving skills.   - Resilient, good under pressure and manage stressful environment.  - Excellent communication and presentation skills.
