Role description :   Role is end-to-end responsibility for Management and Operational Reporting, Budgeting and Forecasting for the XSEED India business.   CA/MBA (Finance) with 6-8 years experience in High-Growth/Startup in a Financial Analysis/Planning/Analytics role.   Solid understanding of Accounting, Finance and Business Metrics, advanced skills in analytics/forecasting, eye for detail and ability to manage multiple time-bound projects.   The Role :  Create management & operational reporting; monthly MIS, forecasting and strategic planning, annual budgeting and all ad-hoc analytics   Create budgets for various business functions and track expenditures against budgets  Guide cost analysis by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures; providing trends and forecasts, recommending management actions  Identify financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts. Improve financial status by analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends, recommending actions to management.  Prepare presentations in support of board and shareholder meetings, monthly/quarterly senior leadership meetings and various strategic committees of the company.  Profile :   Experience: 3-4 years of experience in a MNC followed by high growth company or startup in a business finance/planning/analytics oriented role, exposure to working closely with Business Heads/CXO   Skills: Solid understanding of accounting and finance principles & business metrics, advanced analytics/forecasting/spreadsheet skills, integrate data from different sources, create relevant metrics and derive actionable insights, communicate data/insights effectively through presentations/reports  Traits: Eye for detail, Ability to work well in high pressure situations in order to meet deadlines, Ability to manage numerous simultaneous priorities, Organized, flexible and easily adaptable to changing conditions, Transparency, integrity, and directness is critical  Qualification: CA (1st attempt) or MBA Finance
