Job Role:  We are looking to hire a Regional Head for the Americas (US, Canada, Latin America) business of Xpress Money (www.xpressmoney.com) with office based in New Jersey. The ideal candidate would be based in the US and have a background in financial services/FMCG/Telecom. This is a senior leadership position reporting directly into the Business Head and is an immediate position to fill.  Ideally looking at 10+ years of experience (not a rigid requirement)  Job Purpose:  The Regional Head is accountable for the regional P&L, maximizing market penetration, profitable transaction volumes and line management of the team.  Job Description:  - Own and manage the P&L for the region  - Ensure that a professional, well led and well-motivated team is developed/continues to develop and that skills and potential are maximized; ensure that roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and clear objectives and priorities are set in line with corporate goals  - Develop and execute business strategies and tap revenue opportunities using market intelligence in the region; assist and customize differential revenue models for partners and alliances  - Identify and pro-actively court potential new business partners; actively facilitate the contractual arrangements with any new partner identified; take responsibility for managing the ongoing maintenance of key accounts or super-agents, ensuring the profitable transaction growth; ensure that global agendas are understood and adhered to  - Identify opportunities for ATL and BTL marketing opportunities, ensuring product/brand awareness with key business partners and customers is maximized   - Assist in ensuring Compliance, Operations, Human Resources matters are coordinated, delivered/implemented according to statutory regulations in the respective regions  About Xpress Money:  Xpress Money is the fastest growing global money transfer brand with a presence in 150 countries in 5 continents across 170,000 locations.
