Xiaomi - Manager - Business Development - Lending/Payments Vertical

Responsibilities :

- Build Strategic partnerships with Banks and other players in Fintech eco-system

- Discover new business opportunities by reaching out to potential business partners

- Close partnerships - Agreements, Term sheets and negotiate commercials

- Collaborate with different internal teams (Product, Legal and Finance) to ensure the requirements are met.

- Stay on top of online product market trends and conduct an analysis of the competing products to optimize user experience

- Responsible for customers acquisition and scaling user growth

- Coordinate with PM and other team members of headquarter and maintain effective communication between China and India

- Research and analyze payment market, strategies, related events, publications, and announcements.

- Identity new business trends in the payments domain

Qualifications :

- Overall 8-10+ years of experience in Payments domain / Lending domain

- Undergraduate / MBA from tier 1 institutes preferred
