Summary: The person will be part of the Operations Team and will be responsible for generating insights on a regular basis on various operational units of Xiaomi India. Provide statistical insights and help to operationalize data driven decision making across the organization. Create tools using data mining and machine learning algorithms to add more value to business Responsibilities: - Ability to write algorithms that finds relationship in data sets which is used to generate actionable insights to various functional units within the organization - Process and interpret complex and large volumes of data from different sources and generate results aligned with business objectives - Working with multiple internal functional teams (Supply, Logistics, Call Center, Service Center etc.) to achieve operational excellence - Leverage problem solving skills to address analytical needs in the company and create new tools using machine learning techniques - Deliver and present analytical results and recommendations in a meaningful and effective way to key stakeholders Qualifications - - 1- 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Analytics - Data manipulation techniques - SQL/R/Python/any scripting languages - Data mining, Machine learning algorithms - Clustering and segmentation's, Regression techniques - Very good understanding of Database/Data Warehousing Features; Ability to combine structured &amp; unstructured data - Should be familiar with tools like Power BI/ Tableau/Qlikview etc. - Well versed in MS-Excel.
