XFACTORY - Head - Procurement - NIT/IIIT/BITS (6-8 yrs)
Job Description :
1. On boarding vendors and brands
2. Managing procurement teams
3. 80% of time shall be spent on on boarding / Sourcing new vendors/Brands
4. Develop functional process for single/multiple city
5. To be part business development team
6. Margin improvement in top five categories : Cement, Paints, Ply, Flooring, Doors & windows
Required Profile:
Age: Between 30 and 35 years
Education: Civil engineering from NIT/IIIT or any Tier I/II colleges with focus on Supply chain. (No IIT and off shore experience candidates)
CTC: No constraint
Experience: 6 to 8 years experience in sourcing.
- Experience in sourcing multiple products for multiple projects
- Must be able to communicate in Hindi/English/Telugu
- Working in any Ecommerce B2B will be an advantage.
- Focus on Brand and wholesaler relationships.
