We are hiring Chartered Accountants with 6-7 years of experience in P2P, O2C, GL & R2R processes for Xchanging, Gurgaon.   Details are as under  Purpose of Role:  - Working under GFSS in Gurgaon, qualified Accountant is responsible for managing the expectations of the employees, customers, business people & the GFSS management.   - In addition to the above he/she is also required to deep dive into the process(s) for transforming them from a manual/semi-automated to fully automated environment so that future growth can be managed efficiently/effectively and business risk is mitigated.  - Ensure "internal audit" systems/culture and supporting controls are effectively implemented so that fraud risk is minimized. Having working style of systems driven and performance oriented (weekly reviews, dashboards etc.)  Job Responsibilities:  Responsible for the service delivery of GFSS India finance teams  - Manage the entire gamut of financial activities like AP, AR, Payroll & GL in the shared service environment  - Ensure the service delivery as per the agreed SLAs  - Hold Service reviews with the internal customers & the GFSS management  Lead and develop team of accountants in department - a good people's manager with proven management skills  - Handling a team of around 30-35 resources (DR's & dotted line)  - Create culture of daily updates and weekly performance tracking so as to maintain a zero surprise environment  - Conduct Performance Reviews of team and ensure development of next line  Transaction processes to an automated/systems driven environment (critical goal for Year 1)  - Resolve "issues" in current accounts module and develop roadmap to fix them so GFSS can transition to an automated environment   - Develop and implement tools to enhance efficiency/effectiveness (e.g. checklists, etc)  - Streamlining core processes, develop "new" state and execute plans  Manage the customer expectations & build a strong relationship with the customer to develop a mutually cohesive environment  Ensure Compliance with corporate processes, applicable Laws/regulations  - Ensure compliance with documented accounting policies and practices  - Ensure compliances with Income tax, Service Tax & any other applicable legislations  - Ensure compliance of all payments and disbursements with the defined authority matrix  Provide required financial analytics and MIS as required by management  - Providing reporting as per statutory requirements  - Provide monthly departmental MIS (each core process, internal audit, xxx,)  - Provide monthly MIS for Group/Management (performance variance analysis, yoy trends, xxx,)  Manage Statutory Audit/Tax Audit/Internal Audit  - Serve as principal interface with auditors  - Ensure observations are addressed through appropriate system & process changes  Criteria:  - Chartered accountant with 6-7 years of exp in leading BPO/IT as a Manager.   - Knowledge of Indian GAAP & IFRS is preferred.
