National Sales Manager - Business Process Services

- Meeting Business revenue expectations from our Business Process Services and Digital Solutions

- Able to think strategically & understand complexities of global back office operations & pricing.

- Ability to handle our organic and inorganic growth expectations from existing as well as new Customers

- Has the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

- In depth knowledge of industry and its current events

- Deep understanding of competitive products, applications, workflows, architectures and trends.

- Monitor competitive activity, and identify internal and external customer needs related to particular segment needs. Gather and analyze feedback from sales, marketing, development, our customers, and the market.

- Analyzing potential partner relationships for our products and services.

- Identify and represent subject development of appropriate sales and solution consulting collateral and the development of appropriate go to market strategies and campaigns.

- Will provide pro-active support to Product Development Team - on specifying market requirements for current and future products.

- This position will also be responsible for managing and providing sales training to national sales teams across all Branches.

- Engage User communities via speaking engagements, webcasts, developer forums, and blogs. Develop compelling sales content that crystallize key messages via contributed articles, white papers, and contents for our products.

- Will own the vertical strategy, future roadmap and revenue targets.

- Plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.

- Become an expert on other products in the marketplace.

- Be a go-to person and strategic leader within the company.

- Research and document product requirements and roadmaps with prioritized themes, features and fixes.

- Develop the product value proposition and messaging strategy and execution approach to differentiate our products in the market.
