Wrig Nanosystems - Senior Manager/Deputy General Manager - Production

The Incumbent would be responsible for :

- Responsible for planning and execution of productions and dispatches as per the sales requirement and quality standards

- Achieving highest production target

- Reducing inventory cost by improving planning of new model development

- Reducing extra material cost of bought out parts.

- Reducing first time rejection levels by operator awareness and encouraging root cause analysis

- Initiating many engagement activates to improve retention among blue collers and staff

- To ensure the maximum utilization of equipment's /facility.

- Coordination with cross functional team (SCM, Marketing, QA/QC, Project team, Business leadership team, vendors/customers etc.).

- Daily review of plant operations to ensure full capacity utilization and in safe and efficient manner, Identification of bottleneck area's for increased productivity so as to cater the increased market demand

Educational Qualification : B.E/B.Tech from a premier institute

Industry : Healthcare, API or FMCG.
