Responsibilities:  - Adept in end-to-end implementation of development of software products from requirements analysis, system study & design, coding & testing, debugging, documentation & release management  - Translating business requirements into technical maps and finally into solution architecture for implementation by the development team  - Create prototype model for solution based on understanding of customer requirements.   - Provide solutioning support to sales teams for specific deals.   - Work with Product team to enhance the service offering.  - Ability to go through the RFI/RFP and understand the scope, inclusions, exclusions, assumptions etc  - Ability to visualize and articulate the value proposition and key differentiator.  - Able to independently resolve complex projects, issues, challenges encountered.   - Ability to identify key issues and priorities and focus on these to deliver required results.   - Able to identify problems and significantly improve, change or adapt existing methods and techniques.   Should have hands-on expertise in some of the following technologies:   JAVA, J2EE, HTML, Visual Basic, PHP, RMI, JSP, SOAP, Spring, Hibernate, MySQL, Oracle9i, JPA, Oracle, Jakarta struts, apache, Jakarta Tomcat, Rational Rose, CVS, WinCVS  Domain Knowledge:  - Must have Knowledge of Messaging (SMSC/MMSC/MMGW), Billing (IN /DCC), Mobile Devices and applications.  - Hands on experience in Telecom Domain atleast 2 years.  Qualification: Technology post graduates/ Engineering Graduates
