As a member of our Sales team you will work on Sales of our ERP & CRM solutions to Software and Sales/Service industries.  You would be responsible for establishing workXmate as a best in class Business App provider. You should be able to recognize, understand, and articulate workXmate products/services & competitive differentiators in SME Market.  Skills/experience:  - 1-3 years of experience in sales of software product/services  - Experience of selling to SMEs is a must  - Experience in selling Software or Cloud based products will be preferred  - Experience of Account Management  - Extensive experience in all aspects of sales cycle to meet Sales targets  - Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements  - Experience using CRM for selling  - Ability to grasp complex technical data and to communicate to a broad range of people  Responsibilities:  - Development of Account plan & strategy to ensure attainment of sales goals  - Meeting Sales targets  - Maintain accurate records of all quotations and activities  - Create and conduct customized Sales presentations or Demonstration  - Interaction with Engineering team to ensure timely delivery and resolution of customer requests  Human Face:  - Problem-solving skills & good interpersonal skills   - Very solid communication skills   - Works with minimal direction on strategic and technical issues  - Able to handle tough situations independently  Educational Qualifications: BBA/MBA.   Location: New Delhi
