As a Leader of our Sales team you will be responsible for making workXmate a leader in ERP & CRM solutions for Software and Sales/Service industries.
You would be responsible for establishing workXmate as a best in class Business App provider. You should be able to recognize, understand, and articulate workXmate products/services & competitive differentiators in SME Market.
We are looking for a co-Founder who is willing to work on a Sustenance Salary + ESOP. The other Founders have a track-record of successful exit and creating as well as sharing wealth.
Skills/experience:
- 10-15 years of experience in sales of software product/services
- Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining sales strategies to meet Sales targets
- Experience of selling to SMEs is a must
- Experience in selling Software or Cloud based products will be preferred
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Ability to grasp complex technical data and to communicate to a broad range of technical and non-technical people
Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing small team of BDMs
- Creating Channel Partner Network
- Setting achievable targets for the Sales team and developing the Sales Strategies that help the team attain them
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team

- Very solid communication skills
- Works with minimal direction on strategic and technical issues

Educational Qualifications:
MBA or a BE/B.Tech from a reputed Institute
