Workplace Strategy Consultant - Property Management/Real Estate (3-15 yrs)

The Workplace Strategies & Change Management vertical is part of the Strategic Consulting Division. The Consulting division provides advice to corporate occupiers of commercial real estate who are seeking to optimise business performance by releasing the value within their property portfolio and aligning real estate strategy to corporate business strategy.

Workplace Strategies support enterprising clients in delivering a more effective working environment. . This is an exciting and challenging role bringing behavioural change management strategies into the realm of workplace and organizational change initiative.

Key responsibilities:

- To be participate in the development of workplace strategies for global corporate clients.

- Participate in face to face engagement with client staff, including interviews, workshops and focus groups.

- Data collation and analysis and the creation of summary slides, diagrams, charts and other written material.

- Desk top analysis - industry trends, benchmarking, plan analysis.

- Apply a structured change management approach and methodology to support change processes in Workplace Strategy projects and change initiatives and beyond, taking advantage of wider business opportunities.

- Develop client based change management strategies employing situational awareness of workplace change and human capital impacted by the change.

- Identify potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans and strategies to mitigate or address the concerns.

- Conduct change readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings in a logical, easy-to-understand and influential manner.

- Where appropriate develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans - including communication plans, coaching plans, training plans and resistance management plans.

- Be an active and visible coach to executive leaders who are change sponsors within the client relationship.

- Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization and proficiency of individual changes and subsequent review mechanisms.

- Work with communication, training, HR and OD specialists within the client relationship in the formulation of particular plans and activities to support project implementation.

- To identify through research and networking appropriate client and non-client business opportunities

- Understand the drivers of change in the clients strategy and vision

Graduation: Bachelors in Architecture is preferred.
