Role - Workday

Location- Mumbai

Workday certified Integration Consultant

Looking for who can manage Inbound and Outbound integrations between Workday and other SAAS applications like Cornerstone

- Liaison and develop relationships with various business functions such as IT, Payroll, Finance, etc.

- Support and understand new functionality and features within Workday and Kenexa by providing user acceptance testing during system upgrades and deployments

- Collaborate with global HR/HRIS team members to ensure system usage consistency across regions

- Escalate process change requests, system enhancements or any other major resource requests to HRIS leadership team for prioritization

- Knowledge of Workday reporting and Adhoc query etc

- Knowledge of writing functional specifications

- Knowledge of setting up test scenarios and test scripts

- 5+ years of overall HCM/HRIS experience out of which last 1 year should be on Workday HCM as a functional consultant

- Experience in a HR Service Centre and/or HR Operations will be highly preferable

- Customer Service software applications, including case management, document retention will be highly desirable

- Strong functional knowledge of Human Resources (mainly core HR, Compensation and Benefits - CORE HR (ESS/ MSS transactions, portal ), Report writing in Workday )

- Support a global HRIS (Workday and PeopleSoft) is essential.
