You'll create the market perception and influence for one of the most successful start-up companies in India, backed by silicon valley pioneers & some of the most known customer brands. In turn you'll help create an amazing technology brand out of India.  You'll lead the product/brand market positioning, communication, and growth of top line as a key management team member. You'll establish a framework for lead generation, customer acquisition/retention, user metric assessment, sales readiness globally and loop market feedback into product development process. You'll build Wooqer in minds of customers, users and ecosystem players.  Key Job areas :   - Define product positioning, messaging & market growth roadmap.  - Establish a lead generation/performance marketing framework to power global sales teams.   - Establish channel Go-to market  - Build a communications approach with media and partners to acquire mind space for Wooqer.  - Drive mass usage and adoption through events, podcasts, media and collateral.   - Partner with Chief business officer to deliver on sales goals.  - Partner with product management to deliver on platform roadmap.  - Identify new routes to revenue for Wooqer.  - Manage the annual platform launch.  Required candidate background :   - An MBA with 6+ years of post-MBA background with a enterprise SAAS company as a needle mover in marketing.   - A technology degree (bachelors or masters) from a reputed school is a must.  - Prior roles as Product marketing manager, or performance marketing managers are desirable.  - Familiarity & working relationship with partner eco-system in India is desirable  - Prior experience working with a global operation is a must   - Excellent communication & presentation skills   - Excellent problem solving skills   - Background in driving business results through the function is a must   Company Description :   One of the most respected & successful start-ups from India, Wooqer helps drive productivity across over 100+ businesses through a subscription based platform.
