You'll make Wooqer successful. You'll sell around the globe through the infrastructure you'll set up in India for one of the most successful start-up companies in India, backed by silicon valley pioneers & some of the most known customer brands. In turn you'll help create an amazing technology brand out of India.   You'll segment, target and penetrate into the verticals and geographies successful at the moment and find new grounds to grow business at the lowest TCA. You'll imagine and lead all non-direct sales channels reporting into the Chief Business Officer.  Key Job areas :   - Identify channels to revenue (global)   - Establish an infrastructure (people/process) to segment, scope, target and sell-to global customers.  - Prospect and build a robust sales pipeline for Wooqer through outbound calling, and other direct marketing channels  - Develop sales opportunities by researching, identifying & soliciting potential prospects globally  - Qualify, allocate, and track leads through the sales process through - field sales teams, resellers or direct closures  - Segment, target and recruit resellers and measure/support their performance  - Post meeting follow ups with each sales rep/reseller to close the loop  - Contribute to the strategic sales direction at Wooqer on verticals, geographies, customers and channel effectiveness through effective management reporting on outreach, activity, revenue plans and sales efficiency/productivity  - Help accelerate customer adoption through demonstration of platform & showcasing of Wooqer value proposition  - Participate in platform roadmap through a customer feedback loop  - Assess competitors by analysing and summarising competitor information & industry trends  Required candidate background :   - Experience setting up similar infrastructure (irrespective of size) for a horizontal SAAS product is a must.  - Demonstrated success in lead generation, nurturing, tracking and closure rates.  - A technology degree (bachelors or masters) from a reputed school with 8-12 years experience is a must.   - Familiarity & working relationship with partner eco-system in India is desirable   - Demonstrated experience crafting selling remote product propositions   - Knowledge of common industry SAAS concepts, metrics, and selling methodologies  - Expert understanding of sales cycle, with track record of closing smaller deals directly.  - Prior experience working with a global operation is a must   - Excellent communication & presentation skills   - Excellent problem solving skills   - Background in driving business results (revenue, sales ratios and metrics) through the function is a must   Company Description :   One of the most respected & successful start-ups from India, Wooqer helps drive productivity across over 100+ businesses through a subscription based platform.
