Job Description  As a BDM, you will have the opportunity to establish relationships with prospective executive-level clients, discuss key strategic and tactical challenges with progressive companies, and manage the sales process through the attainment of quarterly and annual revenue goals. BDM's follow a highly productised sales approach, independently and actively working to grow the Wooqer client base across India.   Responsibilities include:  - Mapping specific target segment/geography for effort optimization  - Meeting owners/promoters/senior executives, explaining the Wooqer value proposition.   - Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual quotas within assigned territory through face to face sales meetings,  - Gather business intelligence, understand challenges, and qualify leads within respective territory to drive additional sales opportunities;  - Conduct phone-based and live sales visits with senior executives and their teams to articulate our business model and value proposition,  - Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of the Wooqer platform, value prop and services to prospective clients,  Desired Skills & Experience  - Sales aptitude with background in QSR/Retail/FMCG/Insurance/SME/Education or sales experience selling into these spaces  - Desire to succeed in a quota driven sales environment for a high-growth company  - Demonstrated history of meeting personal and team monthly, quarterly, and annual financial goals,  - Excellent presentation, writing and negotiation skills, ability to create and deliver convincing arguments,  - Strong interpersonal skills, able to build rapport and credibility quickly with an executive-level audience,  - Superior time management skills and strong attention to detail,  - Experience selling intellectual products or services highly desirable  - 3-8 years of B2B corporate sales experience required  - Bachelor’s degree required  Company Description  One of the most respected & successful start-ups from India, Wooqer helps drive productivity across over 100+ businesses through a subscription based platform.
